October 30, 2020The public is invited to attend the up coming “Virtual” Planning Commission Meeting. On Wednesday October 7, 2020 at 7:00 PM there will be a public meeting of the Planning Commission are conducted via Zoom.

Hillwood Development will share their proposal to redevelop the George Westinghouse Technology and Research Center in Churchill Borough (1310 Beulah Road) AKA Churchill Creek Project, LLC (“Churchill Creek”).
- Review of proposed zoning text amendment submitted by Hillwood Development to define “Distribution Center” and to amend sections governing Commercial Districts C-2 and C-2 to allow “Distribution Centers” as a conditional use in the C-1 and C-2 District and adding conditional use criteria.
